Holidays are a time to be with your family and spend some quality time with the people you love. Whether you plan on doing that or are planning to enjoy your Christmas in your own company, it is always a good idea to snuggle into your couch and watch some Christmas special shows.

Ahead of the holiday weekend, we have compiled a list of shows you can stream via Netflix to get into the Christmas spirit:

A Benihana Christmas (The Office)

"A Benihana Christmas" shows Michael Scott (Steve Carrell), self-proclaimed "World's Best Boss" using his recent break-up as an excuse to take over the holidays. Meanwhile, we see Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) pranking Dwight (Rainn Wilson) into believing that he has been recruited into the CIA. It is arguably one of the best episodes from the brilliantly written and executed series.

Symphony of Illumination (How I Met your Mother)

The episode was characteristically different from what we see in "How I Met Your Mother" in that Robin (Cobie Smulders) is the narrator and she is speaking to her imaginary children. While Robin struggles with the idea of having children and then learning that she would never be pregnant, Marshall (Jason Segel) gets competitive over decorating his house better than his neighbours.

A Very Sunny Christmas (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia)

The Paddy's gang who is best at trickery and backstabbing, decides to make this particular Christmas special, and rediscover the joy of the Holiday. However, in true It's Always Sunny tradition, things go haywire as they go on an adventure of stolen toys, naked elves and a bloody run-in with father Christmas.

Ludachristmas (30 Rock)

It's all about family in the Christmas special episode of "30 Rock"; but while Liz (Tina Fey) is overly excited about her family's visit, it is the news of his mother's inability to make it, that excited Jack (Alec Baldwin). Despite the highs and lows of each one's  holiday, the episode ends with a beautiful celebration by the entire TGS cast, as the Lemons argue and Jack wishes his mother a happy Christmas.

The One with the Holiday Armadillo (Friends)

It's all about the Christmas spirit in this episode of "Friends", with Ross (David Schwimmer) trying to get his son to understand the Jewish side of his family. However, all his friends help in and Ben has one of the most memorable holidays.
