Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reportedly come to terms with their divorce. If new reports are anything to go by, then it looks like the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor and Jen have kind of moved on with their lives and are using work and workouts are therapy to cope with divorce woes. In fact, Jen is ready to date again.
The "Daredevil" co-stars officially called it quits on their 10-year marriage in June by announcing their divorce in a joint statement, a day after their 10th wedding anniversary. Since then, various rumours have suggested that the couple is reconsidering their decision and are planning to reconcile.
Later, it was reported that the couple was not planning to reunite and that the "Batman v Superman" actor's mother is actually helping him cope with his broken marriage. "Ben's mum Christine is in full control of everything right now as he picks up the pieces from his broken marriage. Chris' boys, Casey and Ben, have always been the apple of her eye, ever since her husband left her. Ben's always been close to his mum, but he seems to have taken it to a whole new level since the split," a source had shared.
But now, it seems like Affleck has decided to divert his mind from his personal issues and keep himself busy himself with more work. People has reported that Ben has been spending every possible hour of the day working on his upcoming movie "Live by Night."
"He is the first to arrive in the morning, sometimes as early as 5 am, and the last to leave at night. After every shot, even the ones he is not acting in, he has to go back to base camp and go through the screen monitor to make sure it is perfect ... he has not been spotted enjoying the towns in Georgia because he simply has no free time," a source said.
Meanwhile, Jen has been trying to deal with the stress by hitting the gym and working out regularly. In fact, the 43-year-old actress is said to be attending church services with her three children. It was reported that Jen's happy to get back to her usual, family routine with the kids in L.A.
There were also reports that suggested that Jennifer Garner is over Ben Affleck and is ready to fall in love all over again.
"Jennifer was left heartbroken by her split from Ben but has told friends recently that she's ready to date again. She's moved on from Ben now and is ready to look ahead," a source told Closer magazine (via the Design & Trend).
"She no longer feels negative about marriage and has told pals she can imagine falling in love again and settling down. She'd happily have more children too," the source added.
