Director Anjali Menon's "Bangalore Days" has received positive reviews from critics, who have termed it as a fun-filled youth entertainer.

"Bangalore Days", a romantic comedy film, has Dulquer Salmaan, Nivin Pauly, Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya Nazim, Parvathi Menon, Nithya Menen and Isha Talwar in pivotal roles.

The film's story revolves around three cousins Arjun (Dulquer), Kuttan (Nivin Pauly) and Divya (Nazriya Nazim), who share a close bond since their childhood.

Kuttan is a software engineer, while Arjun is a bike mechanic who lives his life on his own terms. Divya is married to workaholic corporate executive Das (Fahadh Fassil). All three of them move from Kerala to Bangalore for various reasons. How their life changes while staying in Bangalore forms the crux of the story.

Critics have given positive feedback to the film calling it a rollicking entertainer mixed with emotions. They have appreciated the director's script and its execution, as well as the performances of the lead actors. Film's music by Gopi Sunder and cinematography by Sameer Thahir have also won appreciation from the critics.

Entertainment industry tracker tweeted that "Bangalore Days" is a "hot & happening rollicking fun movie with an emotional chord."

"What worked @AnjaliMenonFilm minty cool script, packaging, vibrant cast along with Gopis music & Sameer's camera," he said.

Regarding the performances of the actors, Krishnaunni U of Oneindia commented, "Dulquar Salman is back with a bang, and it is his best performance after Ustad Hotel. He shares more screen space in the film compared to Nivin Pauly and Fahadh Fasil. Nivin Pauly got a better screen space in 1st half compared to 2nd half, while Fahad Fazil got more screenspce in 2nd half. Nazriya and Parvathi were good among female leads, rest of the cast are fine."

On the flip side, the film's story is predictable and it is a bit lengthy. However, the Anjali Menon directorial is still watchable for its packaging, said the critics.

"At close to three hours the film is a bit too long and yes, the story being narrated is a pretty simple one for sure. But there are moments and incidents that any of the viewers can connect with, which is perhaps the strength of the film. The story goes along predictable lines, but it has been packaged in a chic way," reported Sify.

On the whole, "Bangalore Days" is a clean entertainer that is worth watching in the theaters. Chitramala website stated that the multi starrer is "entertaining, visually and musically lively and a good wholesome three hours of fun which doesn't leave you wanting more but doesn't leave you regretting the ticket price either."

Verdict: Youthful, fun-filled entertainer; Worth Watching
