There is a reason why Salman Khan is known as the king of the box office. His latest acting and production venture "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has crossed Rs 300 crore at the worldwide box office.

Salman has eight Rs 100 crore grosser (domestic run), two Rs 200 crore grosser (domestic run) and two Rs 300 crore grosser (worldwide box office).

After "Kick", now "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has entered the Rs 300 crore club at the worldwide box office. However, "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" earned Rs 300 crore in just nine days, while "Kick" earned the same amount in its lifetime run.

Salman starrer "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" accumulated Rs 217.82 crore in just nine days from the domestic box office, while from the overseas box office the film minted $13 million (83.29 crore).
The worldwide box office collection of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" now stands at Rs 301.11 crore.

"#BajrangiBhaijaan Overseas Week 1: $ 13 million [₹ 83.29 cr]. FANTABULOUS," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

"#BajrangiBhaijaan continues to take GIANT strides. Witnesses MASSIVE jump on Sat. Week 2: Fri 13.15 cr, Sat 20.05 cr. Total: ₹ 217.82 cr," he added.

Directed by Kabir Khan, the film features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Harshaali Malhotra in prominent roles. The film was released in more than 5000 screens worldwide on 17 July. 

Salman starrer "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is not only the first Rs 200 crore grosser Bollywood film in 2015, but also the first film of this year that touched Rs 300 crore mark at the worldwide box office.
