After India, Salman Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is leading the box office war in Pakistan as well. Salman's film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" clashed with Mahira Khan-Humayun Saeed starrer "Bin Roye" and Yasir Nawaz's directorial debut "Wrong Number" at the Pakistani box office and it emerged as a clear winner.

"Bajrangi Bhaijaan" earned Rs 3.2 million (over Rs 30 lakh) in its first week from Karachi and Islamabad. "Bin Roye" minted approximately Rs 2.8 million and "Wrong Number" fetched in Rs 2.7 million Mandviwalla-owned cinemas in Karachi and Islamabad, Dawn quoted Nadeem Mandviwala as saying.

"Pakistani films will always have an advantage over any Indian film because of the fact that they are playing on their homeground and are hugely supported and promoted by the media and local audience. And they also have a distinction of being available on DVD and cable TV," Mandviwala said.

"Bajrangi Bhaijaan", which tells the story of a mute Pakistani girl and an Indian man, minted Rs 2.5 million from Capri Cinemas, while "Bin Roye" minted Rs 1.5 million.
Meanwhile, in India, the film has become the first Bollywood film of 2015 to cross Rs 200 crore mark.

Directed by Kabir Khan, "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Harshaali Malhotra and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in prominent roles.
