Snapped by PowerDrift, the test mule of Bajaj Pulsar RS400 does not show any hint of camouflage and the repeated sighting of the model hints at imminent launch. Although the key details of the new Pulsar RS400 are scanty at this point of time, the rumours floating around the internet suggest that the new Pulsar 400 could get KTM Duke 390's 373.2 cc liquid cooled engine that can churn out 43.5 PS at 9,000 rpm and 35 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm with 6-speed gearbox.

The model is likely to have a design similar to Pulsar RS200 that is currently in the market. Rumour also as it that the new Pulsar could hit the showrooms by the end of this year, probably during the festive season of this year. As for pricing, Pulsar RS400 is likely to be priced around ₹2 lakh.

Bajaj is also said to be working on a new Cruiser Sport (CS), which will have a smaller engine capacity than the company's upcoming Pulsar CS400.
