Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra, who are shooting for Yash Raj Films' Meri Pyaari Bindu, recently surprised their fans with a cute video. The video clip was posted by the actor on his Instagram page and has gone viral with more than 1 lakh views. "'Gazab ka hai din in south Bombay with my bestie@parineetichopra ❤️ #meripyaaribindu [sic],"' he captioned the video.
In the video, both the actors are seen dancing on the sidewalk of Marine Drive, Mumbai, to Gazab Ka Hai Din from Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla-starrer Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.
Ayushmann and Parineeti look adorable as they perform for the crew members on the sets while shooting in the city. The film, directed by Akshay Roy, Meri Pyaari Bindu is a romantic drama that will also mark the singing debut of Parineeti.
The film, which is set to release in 2017, will see Ayushmann as a Bengali writer while Parineeti will play the role of Bindu, a Tamil girl. This is the first time the Vicky Donor actor and Parineeti will share the screen space in a film.
Parineeti is returning to the big screen after a gap of two years. Earlier, there were reports that the actress did not want to work with Ayushmann although she had liked the script. Apparently, Suprotim Sengupta had written the script for his friend Soumik Sen and wanted him to direct it and Sujoy Ghosh to produce it. However, the script was later sold to YRF and Parineeti could not refuse the big production house's offer and agreed to work with Ayushmann.
