India broke into the top-10 in the medal tally on Day 9 of the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, thanks to Yogeshwar Dutt's gold in wrestling.

India are currently ninth in the table with four golds, five silvers and 27 bronzes. There is now hope of more medals in the new week, starting on Monday, and another gold will see the country pipping Qatar to eighth. Here are the highlights from Sunday.

Wrestling

Dutt beat Tajikistan's Yusupov Zalimkhan 1-0 in the men's 65kg freestyle to win India's 4th gold at Incheon and 1st gold in wrestling since 1986.

However, Satyawart Kadian lost to Kazakhstan's Ibragimov Mamed 0-3 in the men's 97kg freestyle. Babita Kumari (women's 55kg freestyle) and Jyoti (women's 75kg freestyle) also lost in their respective categories.

Athletics

Khushbir Kaur won silver in the women's 20km race walk. Kaur finished with a time of 1:33:07, just two seconds behind China's Lu Xiuzhi.

MR Poovamma (women's 400m final), Rajiv Arokia (men's 400m final), Manju Bala (women's hammer throw) all won bronze. Meanwhile, Qatar's Femi Seun Ogunode smashed the Asian record in men's 100m final to win gold medal, with a time of 9.93.

Tennis

Sania Mirza-Saketh Sai cruised into the final of the mixed doubles after beating China's Zheng Jie-Zhang Ze 6-1, 6-3 in semifinals.

Meanwhile, Yuki Bhambri-Divij Sharan lost the men's doubles semi to South Korea's Hyeon Chung-Yong-Kyu Lim, who will now face Sanam Singh-Saketh Myneni in the final. Bhambri also lost the men's singles semifinal to Japan's Yoshihito Nishioka 6-3, 2-6, 1-6.

Boxing

Mary Kom, Pooja Rani and Sarita Devi are all assured of a bronze now as they qualified for the semifinals in their respective categories. Meanwhile, Devendro Singh beat Lao PDR's Lsdavongsy Bounphone via TKO in the men's light fly's round of 16.

Kabaddi

Indian women won 29-18 over Bangladesh on the first day of Kabbadi, while the men beat Bangladesh 30-15.

Table Tennis

China beat India 3-0 in the men's team quarterfinal as Sharath Kamal, Harmeet Rajul, Sanil Shankar all lost their singles tie. Meanwhile, Singapore overcame India 3-0 in the women's team quarterfinal as Manika Batra, Ankita Das and Poulomi Ghatak all lost their singles matches as well.

Basketball

Indian women lost their quarterfinal against Japan 37-70.

Golf

Udayan Mane finished 7th with a score of 11 under-par in the men's individual golf, with Chinese Taipei's Pan Cheng Tsung finished first with a score of 17 under-par. India finished 6th in the team event with a total of 839, while Chinese Taipei again came first with a total of 819.
