Ashton Kutcher Already in India Filming Steve Jobs Biopic [PHOTO]

Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher, who was supposed to arrive in India this week, was already in the country since Monday evening for the filming of his upcoming biopic on Apple Inc. co-founder and longtime CEO, Steve Jobs.  

The 34-year-old was supposed to arrive in India this week to shoot some parts of the biopic in Uttar Pradesh, Agra and Jharkhand.

A photo of the "Two and a Half Men' star has been doing rounds on social networking sites Twitter and Facebook, showing a bearded Ashton Kutcher walking in the busy streets of Old Delhi near Jama Masjid.

The photo of the actor was first uploaded by Facebook group on its page "I Love New Delhi".

"Kutcher is already here since Monday and he shot at the Safdarjung Madarsa on Tuesday," Hindustan Times reported an unnamed source as saying.

Ashton along with his film unit also shot scenes at Vrindavan in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday. "He shot a couple of scenes there that show that he is meeting someone and attaining enlightenment," the source said.

Even Delhi people spotted the actor at the hotel he is presently staying at and also near the busy streets of Jama Masjid.

"A friend spotted the actor Ashton Kutcher at The Claridges in Delhi this evening. He is in India to shoot a biopic on Steve Jobs' life." tweeted @delhisultan on Tuesday.

"Yes, he is staying with us and he is a really cool person. He arrived here late Monday evening," a source confirmed to HT.

The actor is also accompanied by his father Larry. Mila Kunis, on the other hand, didn't come with him to India.

 "In case they would have managed to shoot cheat scenes for Jharkhand at Vrindavan, they won't be going there," the source added.

Steve Jobs, the man who revolutionized the way we communicate with his iProducts died on Oct 5, 2011, at the age of 56 after battling pancreatic cancer.

In mid-1974 Jobs travelled to India along with Dan Kottke to visit Neem Karoli Baba at his Kainchi Ashram in search of spiritual enlightenment. When they visited the ashram, they found out that Karoli Baba had died a year ago in September.

They next visited another ashram of Hariakhan Baba. They spent seven months in India and spend a lot of time on bus rides from Delhi to Uttar Pradesh.
