Director Trivikram Srinivas had recently announced his next venture "A.. Aa", starring Nithiin Reddy, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Anupama Parameshwaran, of "Premam" fame, in the lead roles.

Latest reports suggest that actress Ananya, known for her role in the hit film "Engaeyum Eppothum", will be seen in a pivotal role in the upcoming film.

The actress will be seen as Nithiin's sister Bhanumathi, and it will be her second Telugu outing after "Amayakudu". Meanwhile, her Tamil film "Engeyum Epothum" was also dubbed into Telugu as "Journey".

It is understood that when Ananya was approached for "A..Aa", she had turned it down as she was not offered the lead role. However, after realising the scope of her character as the lead actor's sister, she changed her mind.

The film is produced by Suryadevara Radhakrishna under the banner of Haarika and Hassine Creations, and this is the third time director Trivikram is joining hands with the producer after "Son of Satyamurthy" and "Julayi".

While Anirudh will score the music, Nataraj Subramaniyan will handle the cinematography of the film. "A..Aa" is expected to be released during Sankranthi in January 2016.

Meanwhile, another Tollywood project of Ananya titled "Intintaa Annamayya" has been delayed.
