Stuffed with old ideas in your mind? Try to get rid of them ala Indian style massage, popularly known as "champi" in northern India, says industrialist Anand Mahindra. The chief of the multi-billion Mahindra Group tweeted a video with an interesting caption on lessons in management.
Interestingly, it comes almost three months after Rajiv Bajaj, managing director of Bajaj Auto, made a presentation on the homeopathic approach to management, which is not about disruption but also ushering in changes, gradually.
