"RangiTaranga" has been creating a lot of positive buzz in Sandalwood. The Kannada movie continues to win hearts of movie buffs week after week. The latest development about the flick is that Telugu star actor Allu Arjun has watched the movie.

Reports suggest Allu Arjun saw "Rangi Taranga" on 2 August at a theatre in Bengaluru; pictures of the Telugu actor coming out of the theatre are all over the Internet.

Reports say after watching the movie, Allu Arjun was surrounded by fans, who wanted to take photos with him for which the actor obliged. While the actor has not commented on the film, onlookers say that "RangiTaranga" impressed the Telugu star.

"Rangi Taranga" has turned out to be a superhit in 2015. The Kannada movie features newcomers Nirup Bhandari, Avanthika Shetty, Radhika Chetan and Saikumar in important roles. Hollywood's Lance Kaplan and William David have handled the cinematography and Praveen Joyappa has edited the movie.

Director Anup Bhandari has also composed the music and Ajaneesh Loknath has scored the background music.

An interesting part of "RangiTaranga" success story is that the movie faced huge competition from "Baahubali", forcing it to vacate many theatres in Karnataka for the multilingual movie.

If that was not enough, the wide release of Bollywood film "Bajarangi Bhaijaan" further damaged the business prospects of "RangiTaranga". But the Kannada movie stood tall and performed well. As the good word-of-mouth spread, the screen count for the Anup Bhandari film also increased.

Meanwhile, there are rumours that "RangiTaranga" will be remade in Hindi. Leading filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker has apparently acquired the rights for the remake.
