Young actor Akhil Akkineni is set to flaunt eight-pack abs in his upcoming movie Mr Majnu and he has confirmed the news about it by sharing a photo featuring his chiseled body on Twitter.
Akhil Akkineni had pinned a lot of hopes on his debut film Akhil: The Power of Jua and his second outing Hello, but both disappointed him, by bombing at the box office. He has taken a lot of time to choose an interesting script for his third outing titled Mr Majnu and he has apparently done a lot of hard work to make it a big hit with the audience.
Akhil Akkineni has undergone physical transformation for Mr Majnu. He maintained strict diet and done rigorous workouts to gain eight pack-abs. He took to Twitter to share a glimpse of his well-built body. Alongside the photo, he wrote, "Worked really hard for this ! 3 months of hell and heaven I guess ! A big shout out to my trainer Dillip ! Couldn't have done it without you! Totally worth it !!! #MrMajnu."
Tholi Prema fame Venky Atluri has directed Mr Majnu, which is produced by BVSN Prasad under banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra (SVCC). Nidhhi Agerwal, who debuted in Telugu with Naga Chaitanya's Savyasachi, is playing the love interest of Akhil in this film, which is to release on January 25, 2019. S Thaman has composed the music for the songs of Mr Majnu, while George C Williams handled the camera work for the movie. The makers have released its first single as Christmas treat for Akkineni fans.
