Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is truly the woman of the moment. After revealing first look of her comeback film, "Jazbaa", at Cannes Film Festival 2015, the former beauty queen is reportedly prepping to share screen space with Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu and Shruti Haasan in Mani Ratnam's next.

"They have been in talks for a project and it seems it will happen soon," DNA quoted a source close to Aishwarya as saying.

Talking about the Tamil/Telugu project, the leading lady said it was scheduled to roll last year, adding it could have been her comeback film had the technical glitches been fixed.

"He spoke to me recently. He is revisiting it. He's made his other small film in the meantime. Jazbaa happened to be the first, which I had already okayed," she informed the daily and added it would've been nice, had she resumed work with the ace filmmaker's project.

Meanwhile, at the prestigious film fest, Aishwarya revealed that she would be taking up Karan Johar's "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma after wrapping up the Sanjay Gupta directorial. Additionally, she has signed Sujoy Ghosh's next.

Elaborating on film with Karan, she said they could've worked earlier, but things didn't fall in place.

"When he narrated the idea to me, I thought it's wonderful to be telling a love story so different... and above all, Karan directing that," IANS quoted her as saying.

In other news, Aishwarya and Ratnam have together done three films: "Iruvar" (1997), "Guru" (2007) and "Raavan" (2010).
