Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is set to sizzle in the silver screen with her comeback film "Jazbaa", has been offered several projects, some of which she has already agreed to do.

And now, the buzz is that the actress has been approached for two films, Prakash Jha's "Gangaajal 2" and Sujoy Ghosh's "Durga Rani Singh".

Interestingly, both the films are female-centric and has the leading lady play the role of a cop.

Although, Aishwarya finds both the roles quite interesting and challenging, she has not yet given her nod to any of the makers. Further, playing the role of police officers in two back-to-back films would look repetitive for the former Miss World.

"Aishwarya has been approached for both Sujoy Ghosh's Durga Rani Singh and Prakash Jha's Ganga Jal 2. She cannot do both, as playing two cops at around the same time would look repetitive. No matter how dissimilar the two cops' characters are, at the end of the day a heroine in khaki uniform would be a heroine in a khaki uniform," a source told Deccan Chronicle.

Recently, there were also reports that the actress has agreed to be a part of Karan Johar's upcoming venture. The film will apparently have Aamir Khan in the lead role. This would be the first time both the Bachchan bahu and the Perfectionist actor will share screen space. She is also teaming up with Karan Johar for the first time.

Aishwarya has teamed up with Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan in an untitled project. With Shetty's film, both Shah Rukh and Aishwarya will reunite after 12 years. They last worked together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus, "Devdas".

Meanwhile, the beauty queen will soon start shooting for her comeback film, Sanjay Gupta's "Jazbaa". The film also has Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi in important roles.
