Ajay Devgn released the first look posters and the official trailer of his upcoming action film "Action Jackson" on his Twitter handle.

Directed by Prabhu Deva, "Action Jackson" seems to be another action packed flick after the super success of Devgn's "Singham Returns".

The two posters were released back to back, and in the first one, the actor is seen flaunting his Lord Shiva tattoo and cut muscles in a half open shirt and blazer.

The poster also features three actresses of the film, Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautam and Femina Miss India 2010 Manasvi Mamgai, who will be making her acting debut in the film.

On the other hand, the second poster looks fiery as Devgn sports an eye-wear with reflections of red flames in it and blue flames rising up from his finger.

Going by the posters, it appears like "Action Jackson" has lots of action sequences. The film has a tag line "Naa Commitment, Naa Appointment, Only Punishment", which gives a clear hint that the film will have high-end drama with power-packed actions.

Apart from the still poster, the makers have also unveiled a mind-blowing motion poster. In the poster, apart from the actors, a city is seen burning in the backdrop while a helicopter flies over the remains.

This is the first time Devgn has teamed up with the actor-choreographer-director Prabhu. Apparently, Devgn will also reportedly show off some dance moves in "Action Jackson".

The film is produced by Gordhan P Tanwani and Sunil Lulla under the banner of Baba Films and Eros International, and the music is composed by Himesh Reshammiya.

The film also features Sonu Sood and Kunaal Roy Kapur in pivotal roles and is slated to hit the theatres on 5 December.

Earlier, Jacqueline Fernandez was said to have approached for the lead actress role, however, the "Kick" actress opted out of the film due to her date issues, which eventually rolled down to the "Dabangg" actress.

"Action Jackson" is the remake of Mahesh Babu starrer Telugu film "Dookudu" (2011), which was a blockbuster.
