More images of the new Hyundai Creta facelift being tested on the Indian roads continue to emerge online, not long after the first spy shot of the model confirmed its arrival in the country. The new Hyundai Creta facelift, which is expected to be launched in India sometime in 2018, could make its debut at the upcoming biennial event the Auto Expo 2018 in February.

In the latest images shared by the folks at TeamBHP, Hyundai Creta facelift is seen wearing anew camouflage, yet giving a glimpse at the new hexagonal front grille extending to the headlamps of the SUV. The grille seems to feature chrome surround and the new Creta sports restyle front bumper. It also features new fog lamps.

The test mule was spotted with steel wheels, suggesting this could be the lower-trim of the new Creta. The new Creta facelift is expected to get 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels in dark shade and black plastic cladding in wheel-arches at the bottom of doors and bumpers in line-with the Brazilian-spec model unveiled in November 2016.

The new Creta's rear and side profile is likely to remain largely untouched. The SUV will get features such as an engine start/stop button, keyless entry, rear-parking sensors and automatic aircon.

Hyundai Creta is sold in three engine options in India and it is likely to be continued. The 1.6-litre CRDi VGT diesel engine delivers 126bhp mated to a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission and 1.4-litre CRDi diesel delivering 89bhp of power. The petrol variants are powered by a 1.6-litre Dual VTVT engine delivering 121bhp power with a six-speed manual and automatic transmission options.
