Just when it looked like things have finally settled between Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards, the former One-Directioner worsened the situation by posting an intimate picture with a mystery girl on Instagram. Although Perrie has shown no sign of being affected, the "One Direction" member and Zayn's former bandmate Harry Styles is enraged.

The "Story of My Life" singer said "what Zayn did was disrespectful and not cool at all", according to HollywoodLife.com. Harry, 21, said that he would "never ever" do something like that to an ex and "make it so public for the world to see", stressing "it's just mean and inconsiderate".

Zayn went solo at a whole new level dumping his band of five years, "One Direction", in March and lady love for four years, Perrie, in July. In a quest to live like a "normal 22-year-old", he hasn't been much convincing after being connected to the likes of Kylie Jenner and Selena Gomez as his new flame.

On 26 September, he took his 'game' to a new level by posting a shirtless picture of him snuggling to an unknown blonde girl.

While Perrie is least bothered and thinks her former fiancé is only doing this to make her jealous because he knows that she has moved on, Harry has shown his support, suggesting her "to stay positive and to focus on herself and her music".

This is not the first time though that Harry and the rest of One Direction have reached out to offer their support to the "Little Mix" member. Back in July, right after Zayn called off his two-year-old engagement with Perrie, Harry wasted no time in consoling Perrie and calling her up straight away to make sure she was okay, according to news reports.

In fact, Perrie considers Harry as her brother. The One Direction heartthrob "consistently checks in with her and makes sure she's smiling and moving forward," according to HollywoodLife.com.

The other boys of One Direction--Niall Horan (22), Liam Payne (22) and Louis Tomlinson (23)--also show their appreciation to the "Move" singer. "She's especially grateful for the guys from One Direction. They have all been so sweet to her individually and as a group," reported HollywoodLife.com.

One Direction members have always shown their support to Little Mix, promoting the latter's albums and singles on their Twitter handles. Now that they both have been dumped by Zayn Malik, it's great to see them uniting and standing beside each other.

Recently, the two British artists performed at the Apple Music Festival. Could there be a collaboration in the future? Well, only time will tell.
