Yu Yuphoria, which was available only through flash sale till now, will be offered via open sale next week.
The company (via Twitter) has just confirmed that the feature-rich Yuphoria will be offered via open sale next week for three days (21-23 July) on Amazon India.
This means prospective buyers need not get registered or wait for Thursday to get the phone as they can just log in to their respective Amazon India accounts any time during the 72-hour time window to buy the phone.
Yuphoria sports 5.0-inch HD display and runs on the Cyanogen OS 12 (based on Android 5.0 Lollipop) backed by 64-bit class Snapdragon 410 series quad-core processor, Adreno 306 graphics engine, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and a 2230 mAh battery.
In a related development, Yu has released a couple of teaser videos, hinting that the company might announce new Yureka series on Monday (20 July).
The upcoming Yu phone is said to boast a rugged model featuring solid cover on the back and protective shield on display capable to withstand drops.
