YG Entertainment has more than a few accolades to its name. That is, besides having a record label, a talent agency, clothing line and even a music publishing house.

Apart from giving international success to artists such as PSY, 2NE1 and BIGBANG, the entertainment company has established itself as a credible name in the Korean music business. Although YG started off with roots in hip-hop music, they have expanded and explored different genres. And recently, the company made a big announcement about its future plans.

YG Entertainment is in search of new talent. And to take up their cause seriously, the entertainment agency is holding auditions across the globe. This time around, the company is looking for male artists who can sing, rap and dance. Furthermore, YG is hunting for talented men between the ages of 11 to 23 (Born between 1993 and 2005).

The company hopes to launch itself again in 2015 as it's boy band BIGBANG and solo artiste PSY have already released their albums and will end their promotions this year.

The auditions, titled the "NEXT GENERATION" will kick off by the end of August and continue till September. Those interested can apply on yg-audition.com and email their application or carry a copy of it to the auditions.

Although the auditions haven't begun yet, hopeful music artists have stated their requests on the UG audition page on Facebook. 

The auditions will take place in these cities:

29 August - Busan (Dongju University)

5 September -Seoul (YG Global Training Center)

12 September Los Angeles

19 September - New York

Meanwhile, fans want the company to audition people in Malaysia, Indonesia and Seattle as well.
