Star Plus' "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" has brought in a new twist in the show.

Subbu (Amit Tandon), who was introduced in the show as former lover turned well-wisher of Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi), seems to have an evil intention behind helping the Bhalla family.

First, he impressed the family by helping them with Mihika and Ashok Khanna's matter and later helped Ishita get Ruhi's custody from Shagun. His constant efforts made the Bhalla family believe that he is the right person for Simi.

However, in the latest development, a normally calm and composed Subbu, who got engaged to Simi, was seen losing his cool over the phone. Sujata kept advising him to take his medicines regularly to control his temper.

Surprisingly, Sujata revealed that they should remain focused as they are nearing their goal.

Meanwhile, Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita are in a romantic mood post his US trip, where he met a doctor who assured him that the latter is capable of conceiving. Soon, Raman planned a surprise for his wife where he asked her to meet him in a special room. However, Raman's plan fails as the room gets occupied by Ishita's relatives.

While, the real reason behind Subbu and Sujata plotting against the much-in-love couple Raman and Ishita is not yet known, in the upcoming episode, Subbu will be seen interacting with his counsellor and discussing about his uncontrollable anger that subsides only after taking medicines.

Later, Raman too will be seen visiting the counsellor in order to collect Aditya's reports where he will learn about a patient (Subbu) dealing with severe anger issues.

It now remains to be seen if Raman and Ishita will ever come to know about Subbu's anger issues and his evil intentions to ruin their lives.
