'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' actor Aly Goni misses his co-star Mihika Varma on the sets

"Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actress Mihika Varma, who played the role of Mihika Iyer on the show, had surprised her fans when she got married to a United States-based businessman in a private ceremony on April 29 in Delhi. Soon after, the actress had shifted to the U.S.

While the actress is in a happy phase after marriage, her former co-star and good friend Aly Goni aka Romi is missing her on the sets. After Varma's exit from the show, Aly's character (Romi) got married to the character Mihika, which was by then being played by Avantika Hundal. Aly now wishes that he and his favourite co-star Varma were the ones playing the married couple on the show. 

"I miss her so much on the set. She was my favourite co-star and buddy. The track now has my character married to the show's Mihika, how I wish we had her now. Great friends getting married on screen," Indo-Asian News Service (IANS) quoted Aly as saying.

"She's a rock star and was the fun element on the set. There were many times when she helped me with my scenes. She has a beautiful soul. I wish her all the luck and love in life," he added.

Meanwhile, actress Mihika is quite excited to start a new life in the U.S. She recently shared a picture on Instagram, which read "From walking down 'The aisle' to walking down this aisle #lovingit #biwino1"

On the other hand, Aly was recently rushed to the hospital after he suffered a heat stroke on the sets of "Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum" due to dehydration. The actor, who plays the negative role on "Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum," had to take a few days off from the shoot to recover from the illness. "I was shooting for Yeh Kaha Aa Gaye Hum, when my left arm started aching severely. The condition got worse thereafter. I have now taken a break for 3 to 4 days and if I feel better, then I will resume my shoot," Aly had told India Forums.
