New Delhi, June 19 (ANI): Senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha was released from jail in Jharkhand on Thursday after he agreed to pay bail on Wednesday. Sinha, was arrested a fortnight ago for inciting a group of BJP workers to tie up an Electricity Board official to protest against a lengthy power crisis in his former constituency of Hazaribagh. He had agreed to apply for bail after senior leader LK Advani visited him in jail to persuade him to file a bail plea. Advani met Yashwant Sinha on Tuesday and asked him to continue his movement against power cuts in Hazaribagh after getting released from jail. Advani had also said that Sinha was capable of being the Jharkhand Chief Minister after his agitation against the power crisis in the state.
