The indigenous handset firm, Xolo, has released Play 8X-1100 for smartphone gaming enthusiasts of India.
The new Xolo Play 8X-1100 is powered by the Octa-core processor backed aptly by sumptuous 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB), which is more than enough to play graphics intensive games like Asphalt series, Re-Volt 2, Fast Racing 3D, GT-Racing and many more with less drag.
Other stipulated features include 5.0-inch full HD (1920x1080p) display, Android v4.4 KitKat, 13.0-megapixel camera, 5.0-megapixel snapper on the front for video chatting and a 2100 mAh battery.

According to NDTV, Xolo Play 8X-1100 has been made available at authorised stores across India for ₹14,999.
Considering the specifications and its price, Play 8X-1100 is a worthy alternative to the popular Xiaomi Mi3, which was discontinued this week [Read full report, here] in India.
It will also be competing with the domestic rivals such as Micromax Canvas Knight A350, Intex Aqua Octa, Wickedleak Wammy Passion X, Karbonn Titanium Octane, Octane Plus and another Chinese handset- Gionee Elife S5.5.
Earlier this month, the company had released similar Octa-core phone dubbed Play 8X-1200. It ships with a faster 2.0GHz MediaTek CPU and is backed by Android v4.4 KitKat, 700MHz Mali 450 graphic engine, sumptuous 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory.[For more information, click here]
