Last month, Xiaomi confirmed that new Redmi Note 3 (with Snapdragon 650 CPU) will soon launch in India, but refrained from revealing how much RAM the phone comes with.

The new Redmi Note 3 model comes in two variants -- 2GB RAM/16GB memory and 3GB RAM/32GB storage combination. MakTech blog, citing sources inside Xiaomi, has claimed that the company will bring the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage based model to India.

As of now, there is no word on when the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will hit stores in India, but word on the street is that the device might be released by March.

As far as the price is concerned, Redmi Note 3 is expected to be priced between Rs 10,999 and Rs 14,999, considering that rival phones such as Lenovo K4 Note, Coolpad Note 3 and LeEco Le 1s, which house pretty much the same hardware fall in the same price range.
