Xiaomi fans are in for some great news as Amazon India will resume its flash sales for the Redmi 4A on June 8 at 12pm IST and every Thursday therafter as in the past. Prospective buyers will need to head over to the URL: http://amazon.in/redmi4A or launch the deals widget on the Amazon product page during the specified time period to place a successful order for the smartphone.
The Redmi 4A was up for pre-orders on June 2 via Mi.com, and the handset will once again go up for pre-orders on the official website on June 9 at 12pm IST. The smartphone will be available in Dark Grey and Gold colour variants on both Amazon India and Mi.com on the specified dates.
As far as storage options are concerned, the Redmi 4A will be available in a single storage variant of 16GB with 2GB of RAM onboard.
Coming to other specifications, the 4A sports a 5in HD display and runs MIUI 8 based Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The internal storage can further be expanded up to 128GB using miroSD card.
The handset will be powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 chip and equips a 13MP CMOS rear camera and a 5MP front-facing selfie camera. It draws power from a decent 3120mAh battery and supports quick-charging technology.
On the connectivity front, the handset features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth v4.1.
