Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all geared to start another edition of Mi4 64GB flash sale on 3 March.

The company's online store partner Flipkart will hold the Xiaomi Mi4 (64 GB) flash sale on Tuesday 2:00 pm. However, there are no details on how many units will be up for grabs.

Prospective buyers are advised to get registered at Flipkart [HERE], but if interested in smaller 16GB storage variant, they can directly buy the phone right off the Flipkart shelf [HERE] without the need to go through the cumbersome registration procedure.

Xiaomi in its bid to curtail competition from rival OnePlus, announced last week the open sale of Mi4 16GB model. Both One and Mi4 house pretty much same specifications, except battery and screen size.

By offering Mi4 via open sale, Xiaomi is likely to gain an upper hand over OnePlus, because consumers interested in 'One' have to get an invite to become eligible to buy the phone.
