As expected, Xiaomi Mi3's fourth flash sale witnessed overwhelming response from Indian buyers.
The company (via Facebook) confirmed that Xiaomi Mi3 stocks ran out in a mere 2.4 seconds. Though the sell out time is microseconds slower than the previous record of 2 seconds, the number of units sold this time was 5,000 more than the 5 August flash sale, making another successful day out for the Xiaomi India.
However, Xiaomi fans were a tad disappointed. Despite 20,000 units up for grabs today, Xiaomi Mi3 turned out be too elusive for many consumers. Out of 150,000 plus pre-registered users, only a fraction of people successfully purchased the phone leaving many buyers frustrated, having no option but to wait for another flash sale scheduled next week.
