Udhampur, Sep 07 (ANI): Floods, triggered by heavy downpour, in Jammu and Kashmir continued to wreak havoc on Sunday and lead to suspension of trains and blocking national highway due to mudslide. Pilgrims to sacred holy cave of Vaishno Devi were stranded as Katra region-bound Shri Shakti Express train was stuck for hours at Ramnagar railway station in Udhampur district. A passenger, Vinod Bansal said authorities were not providing any information on the movement of the train. Another passenger, Bagish Goyal said the authorities suddenly announced termination of the train without providing any alternative. Nearly 100 people have been killed due to floods in Kashmir as rivers in the region flowed above the danger mark due to incessant rains. Jammu city's main river, Tawi, which splits the city in two, is flowing well above the danger mark.
