2) Sofia Vergara: The 40-year-old "Modern Family" is the second most beautiful woman according to People's magazine, beating the young and upcoming celebrities. She even featured on the cover of the InStyle in April.
3) Charlize Theron: The 37-year-old actress, who won an Oscar for her performance in "Monster", became a mother in 2012 by adopting a boy. She is the third most beautiful woman this year.
4) Lily Collins: She is 23 and daughter of singer Phil Collins. She is an actress, model and television personality. She acted with Julia Roberts in "Mirror Mirror".
5) Madeleine Stowe: She is 54 years old but still looks stunning. She is known for her roles in "Revenge", "Stakeout", "Unlawful Entry" and several others. She returned to Hollywood after 12 years with the ABC drama series "Revenge".
