Wonder Woman has grossed over $200 million worldwide and Warner Bros/DC studios are unable to contain their excitement. After a debacle caused by Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad, the positive reviews and record breaking box office collections of Wonder Woman has got everyone talking.

Setting aside the rivalry, Marvel Cinematic Universe is not shying away from congratulating the woman power displayed on and off-screen by Gal Gadot and Patty Jenkins. Taking to Twitter, Marvel celebrities are saluting Wonder Woman's achievement and are praising their efforts.

The initial reactions came from Chris Hemsworth. Indulging in a Twitter conversation with Gal Gadot, the Thor actor proudly claimed that if ever there was a battle between Wonder Woman and Thor, the DCEU actress would win hands down.

It began when Gadot asked Thor actor: which of their characters would win in a fight? The Australian actor bent down before the Israeli actress to share, "I think she'd kick Thor's a**." "I always knew you were a smart guy," Gadot replied later. "But I think it's worth a fight. We should collide [Marvel and DC] worlds."

The Thor actor was later joined by his Thor: Ragnarok co-star and Avengers: Infinity War companion, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans and Lupita Nyong'o.

The three were all praise for the actress and director, raising a toast to the achievements. "The GODS have seen fit to BLESS us with @WonderWomanFilm. @GalGadot will glue you to the screen and dir. @PattyJenks is NOT PLAYING AROUND," Nyong'o tweeted. She went on to write a long post on Instagram about the movie.

Captain America Evans and The Incredible Hulk's Ruffalo congratulated the team on their achievement. "Wow!!!! HUGE congrats," Evans tweeted with regard to the $100 opening weekend box office collections. "Yay! "Wonder Woman" shatters box office with biggest female director opening. Ever," Ruffalo shared.

While Aquaman director James Wan came out to announce that the AQ team hired an entire theatre for a special screening of Wonder Woman, Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn also joined the Marvel brigade of praises by tweeting, "Many congrats to @PattyJenks and her awesome Wonder Woman on what looks to be an over 100 million opening weekend!"

Joss Whedon, who has his hands in both the camps courtesy Avengers and now Justice League and Batgirl, also tweeted praising the performances.
