Opposition parties are protesting outside the Parliament demanding that the BJP government discuss the black money issue on the second day of winter session.

Opposition including Samajwadi Party (SP), Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Congress have decided to raise the black money issue ahead of the question hour at 12 pm and members of these parties have gathered outside the Parliament with black umbrellas in their hands. 

The parties  reportedly want to know the Modi government's plans to bring back the black money to India in the zero hour. The Parliamentary session usually begins with question hour, however, Congress and TMC want zero hour first.

The winter session of Parliament that began on 24 November was adjourned for the day after condoling Congress MP and veteran leader Murli Deora's demise early in the morning. The opening day of the session lasted for nearly 30 minutes, during which the newly elected members of the Parliament took oath.
