Kathua, Dec 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir urged people to vote for his party to ensure development in their state. 20 Assembly constituencies in the three districts of Jammu, Kathua and Rajouri go to poll in the fifth and final phase of the J and K assembly elections on Dec 20. The results will be declared on December 23.
