The promotion of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer "Dilwale" is going on in full swing.

The entire cast of the film was recently in London for the promotion of the film. They have also shot an episode on "Comedy Nights with Kapil" and will soon be seen in popular TV shows like "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya" and Salman Khan's "Bigg Boss 9".

With this, one can't help but wonder if Shah Rukh will make an appearance in his 'kindest fan' and television heartthrob Karan Patel's show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein".

It is known that Karan admires Shah Rukh Khan the most. Karan, who confesses that his love and passion for acting comes from SRK, is often seen imitating the superstar.

Karan's postures and expressions on the screen often tend to remind viewers of the "Dilwale" actor. He also used to sport a pony tail and spectacles, resembling the superstar's look in one of his films.

Such are the similarities between Shah Rukh and Karan that the latter is lovingly referred to by his fans as "the SRK of television".

Recently at an event, Karan had the privilege to share the stage with SRK, who attended the event with Kajol to promote "Dilwale". Karan was reportedly all excited to introduce the "Dilwale" cast on stage and expressed his fondness towards the superstar. In return, SRK also praised Karan, saying that the latter is the kindest fan he has ever come across.

If SRK makes an appearance on "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", it would indeed be visual treat for Karan's fans to see both the actors sharing the screen space on the show for the first time.

Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty's directorial "Dilwale" also Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in key roles and will hit the theatres on 18 December.
