Deepika Padukone and Sidharth Malhotra have never worked together but looks like the two stars may soon share the screen space. Deepika and the "Kapoor and Sons" actor recently had a Twitter conversation that hints that the duo is interested in working with each other.
One fan club had shared an article on Twitter that had Sidharth's interview, in which the actor expressed his desire to work with Deepika. "I have worked with almost every young actress in the industry from Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra and Shraddha Kapoor. Currently, I am working with Katrina Kaif in 'Baar Baar Dekho' which is a romantic film. Now I desire to work with Deepika Padukone and I believe it will be amazing," Bollywood Helpline.com quoted Sidharth as saying.
This interview was shared by a fan club on Twitter and Deepika retweeted it saying, "Chalo then...what are we waiting for!?!? (sic)" Sidharth too took to Twitter and replied Deepika saying, "Alright Lights camera action !"
Interestingly, Deepika and Sidharth's rumoured love interests, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, respectively, will soon be seen together in an advertisement. Some pictures of the two actors shooting for a commercial appeared on social media that made fans super excited. Now it is time to decide if Deepika and Sidharth also join hands for any project.
While Sidharth's "Kapoor and Sons" will hit the screens March 18, Deepika is currently busy shooting for her debut Hollywood movie "XXX-The Return of Xander Cage," starring Vin Diesel. "Kapoor and Sons" also features Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan.
