Sirsa, Oct 11 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday while addressing a rally in Sirsa district of Haryana promised the people to create a new model of state development after BJP wins the upcoming assembly elections. Modi assured the people that under BJP's governance Haryana's development will take place which has been halted from the last 50 years. He added that BJP will emphasize on skill development of the youth to provide them with better opportunities of employment.
