Wickedleak Launches Wammy Titan 3 Octa Smartphone in India; Price, Availability Details

Indigenous smartphone maker, Wickedleak launched a new phablet, Wammy Titan 3 Octa in India with a price tag of ₹14,990.

Wammy Titan 3 Octa smartphone, the company's second octa-core offering in the country after the Wammy Passion X, comes with water-resistant AquaProtect Technology (optional) to safeguard the handset from accidental damages.

The handset sports 5.7-inch IPS WXGA screen with 800×1280 pixels resolution with OGS lamination and Dragon Tail Glass coating. It comes powered by 1.7GHz MT6592 Octa-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.

The smartphone houses 13.0-megapixel auto focus rear camera with 4096 x 3072 pixels resolution and 5.0-megapixel front-facing camera. The phablet packs 16GB built-in storage which can be further expandable upto 64 GB via micro SD card. On the connectivity front, the handset supports 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 and comes with 3,200 mAh battery.

The smartphone is currently available for preorder in India at the company's official e-Store and the delivery will start from 5 April 2014.

In February, Wickedleak launched Passion X in India at ₹22,499 that sports a 5.0-inch full HD (1920x1080p) IPS screen with OGS technology and comes with the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS, 2GB RAM, 16 GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 64GB).

On the camera front, it features 13.0-megapixel main camera and 5.0-megapixel snapper on the front. Other features of the smartphone include 1.7GHz Octa-core processor and 2500 mAh battery, which is capable of running the smartphone for two to three days under standby mode.
