Maharshtra, Jan 29 (ANI): Member of Maharashtra women’s panel and leader of regional National Communist Party (NCP) Asha Mirje made an insensitive remark on Wednesday blaming women for spate of rapes in the country. Mirge stated that rapes take place also because of a woman's clothes, her behaviour and her being at inappropriate places.
