Popular TV show "Diya Aur Baati Hum" lead actress Deepika Singh (aka Sandhya) recently approached her friend Divyanka Tripathi of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" to seek some advice.

Deepika's on-screen character, is pregnant with twins and the actress wants to take some motherhood tips from Divyanka (aka Ishita), who shares a close bond with her reel life daughter Ruhi.

Deepika finds both Ishita and Ruhi's bond adorable and believes that the reason their relationship looks natural on-screen is because the duo get along quite well off-screen as well.

"I really admire the bond Divyanka shares with Ruhi on-screen and offscreen as I have met them several times. In fact, even the audiences love their camaraderie and can't take their eyes off the adorable bond between the two," Deepika told IANS.

After some motherhood advice from Divyanka, Deepika, who is looking forward to the new track in her show, is all set to spend quality time with the show kids off-screen as well.

"So, when it came to doing homework for my role, the first person who came to my mind was Ishima (Divyanka), and after speaking to her, I am all the more kicked about the new track on the show," said Deepika.

"I plan to implement the tips of spending time offscreen with the kids so that when we are in front of the camera, the bonding is natural." added Deepika.

Both the Star Plus shows have been heading strong with many twists and turns, and ruling the TRP charts for long.

In the latest development in "Diya Aur Baati Hum", pregnant Sandhya has decided to hand over one of her (to-be-born) twins to brother Ankur's family, who desperately needs a kid at home. The high-voltage drama is set to take a seven-year leap soon and child artist Divyansh Tapuria is set to essay the role of Sandhya's son Luv.

On the other hand, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" is focusing on the legal war between Ishita and Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) over Ruhi's custody. Ishita is seen making all effort in taking Ruhi back from Shagun.
