Every week that "How to Get Away with Murder" is not on ABC, fans go through withdrawal, and with the completion of Season 2 Episode 9 "What Did We Do?" we will have to brace ourselves for a long time-out from the thriller show.

In the previous episode, we learned more about Wes (Alfred Enoch) and what Annalise's (Viola Davis) history is with him. She has a secret buried from over a decade ago, that changed the life of 12-year-old Wes aka Cristoph for the worse. In the Flashback scene from Episode 9 we see Eve Rothlow (Famke Janssen) asking her lover, "Good God, Annalise, what did we do?"

It was also finally revealed who shot Annalise; it was none other than her pet Wes. However, it is not the long-held secret that led him to murder, but a more recent one. Towards the end of the episode, we had seen Annalise finally revealing to Wes that Rebecca (Katie Findlay) is dead and that she had been lying to him all along.

It could have been the brilliant lawyer's tactic to get Wes to shoot her, seeing as none of the other members of Keating 5 took her bait. She had tried to rouse a reaction out of every one of them, including threatening Connor (Jack Falahee) that she would send Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) to prison.

However, nobody would shoot her in the leg as she demanded, and finally, when Wes loses his cool on hearing about Rebecca's death, he shoots her – unfortunately for Annalise he went for her gut and not her leg.

Now we are left with more doubts than we were at the beginning of Season 2, but there is no way of getting the answers until 11 February 2016, when Episode 10 will be aired. Till then, we will be regularly updating you on the show spoilers, fan theories and cast updates, so do not forget to check back here.
