With "1 Nenokkadine" having released and running in theatres, Mahesh Babu has shifted his focus to his upcoming film "Aagadu."

"Aagadu", directed by Srinu Vaitla, is deemed as the action-comedy entertainer with all the commercial elements. Produced by 14 Reels Entertainment (the banner that produced "1 Nenokkadine"), "Aagadu" boasts of an ensemble star cast including Tamannaah, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam and Saikumar. The film's shooting is progressing at a brisk pace and it is expected to hit screens in July or August this year.

So, what are Mahesh Babu's upcoming projects after "Aagadu"? The actor has been confirmed to do a film with director Koratala Siva of "Mirchi" fame. The film marks the entry of popular production venture, UTV Motion Pictures, in the Telugu film industry. The yet-to-be-titled flick is in the pre-production stage and the shooting is expected to commence in July 2014. Details about the film's other cast members are yet to be revealed.

According to Andhraboxoffice website, highly placed sources have informed that Mahesh Babu has also agreed to do a film with Trivikram Srinivas of "Attarintiki Daredi" fame. Apparently, the producers of the film have not yet been confirmed and an official announcement is still awaited.

If Mahesh teams up with Trivikram, it will be their second outing after their 2010 action comedy flick "Khaleja." As of now, it has been confirmed that the director will be starting his new project with Allu Arjun in February this year. As both Mahesh and Trivikram will be busy with their respective projects, their new film is likely to go on floors by December end in 2014.
