Aligarh, Oct 09 (ANI): Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday kick-started the Congress's campaign in Uttar Pradesh for national polls due by May, by addressing a rally in Aligarh. He said that Congress provided employment to Crores and brought food security for the common people.
