On the Way to the Airport will be back with episode 8 on October 13 at 10pm KST on KBS2. The sequel will continue to follow Choi Soo-ah and Seo Do-woo.
The period drama will also feature Shin Sung-rok as Park Jin-seok, Choi Yeo-jin as Song Mi-jin, Jang Hee-jin as Kim Hye-won and Kim Hwan-hee as Park Hyo-eun in the upcoming episode.

The official trailer hints at troubled moments for the on-screen power couple as they continue to get closer. The clip begins with a conversation between the couple, wherein the female lead asks her friend, "What will happen now?" and he just asks her to lie and tell everybody that there is nothing between them.
However, Choi Yeo-jin's character sees the male lead dropping the veteran flight attendant at her house. She asks her friend if it is the same guy, which forces Kim Ha-neul's character to confess her feelings for him. In the clip, she is seen saying that she likes him a lot and the words lighten up her friend's face.
The friendly enemy finds a way out to get back with her former lover. She immediately informs the pilot about it. She tells him that everyone is aware about the relationship except him, which makes him furious.
The promo ends with another conversation between the onscreen couple at the airport, where in the male leads asks his friend if there is anything that she needs. For which, she replies, "A lot of wind and quiet."
