A mouth-watering clash is on Serie A plate with table toppers Inter Milan set to face Fiorentina at the San Siro Stadium in Milan on Sunday.

Both Inter Milan and Fiorentina have hit the ground running early in the season. Inter have a cent percent record in their five matches so far, while Fiorentina, who lie in second position, are not too far with four wins from five games.

Inter Milan are aware of the tough task that lie ahead of them against Fiorentina, who have some big players in their team who can change the course of the game in a matter of minutes. Fiorentina can tie on points with Inter Milan if they manage to hand the home team their first loss in Serie A.

Fiorentina defeated Inter Milan twice last season in the Serie A and they will be eager to do the same this season. However, the task looks uphill as Roberto Mancini's men have been solid. They have conceded only one goal this season. However, they have not been impressive in terms of goal as they have scored only six so far.

Inter manager Mancini believes that their players need to score more goals, but is happy with their solid performances at the back.

"Inter have got the right mentality. I respect everyone's views but I'm happy with my own to be quite honest. We're happy about the fact that we look solid. It means we've done a good job. I'm quite pleased for the moment. We don't only need to score more goals; we have to improve defensively too, our possession play - everything," said Mancini.

Mancini, believes that they need to improve as they are still making some mistakes.

"I'm able to judge if the team is playing well or not. We can improve and we're still making some mistakes. I don't think there are any teams that can be considered perfect," said Mancini.

Fiorentina should come into this top of the table clash as a confident unit after having defeated AC Milan in their last Serie A game 2-0. Fiorentina will need their star players such as Nikola Kalinic and Federico Bernardeschi to be in top form to trouble the strong looking defence of Inter Milan.

Mancini is aware of the threat Fiorentina possesses with their quality attacking players. The former Manchester City boss wants his team to convert their chances on Sunday.

"Fiorentina were already playing good football last season. They're a very dangerous side in attack. We'll need to make the most of the chances we have," added Mancini.
