The Indo-Swiss pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis has dominated the WTA women's doubles circuit of late winning prestigious titles at Indian Wells, Miami and Charleston. The pair has once again reached the finals of Rome Masters, as they defeated the fourth seeded pair of Caroline Garcia and Katarina Srebotnik, 6-2 and 7-6 in the last four.

The top seed will face the third seeded pair of Timea Babos and Kristina Mladenovic, who defeated the eighth seeded pair of Alla Kudryavtseva and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova with the score reading 6-2 and 6-4 during their semi-finals clash.

The final between the two pairs is expected to be an entertaining one as both of them have shown some amazing form in the tournament.

What makes the finals even more interesting is the fact that Babos and Mladenovic have been impressive in the last 12 months. Apart from finishing as runners up in last year's Wimbledon women's doubles final, the duo also won titles in Dubai and Marrakech this year.

"We have big goals, and hopefully we can make them," WTA official website quoted Babos as saying. "What's important and what makes us a good team is we have fun. We help each other all the time. Hopefully we can keep going."

When one witnesses them on the court, they seem to be confident of each other's game and enjoy their game as well.

"Timea's my best friend and we just click on the court, so it's just working!" Mladenovic said.

But, they are not going to find it easy against the Indo-Swiss pair, who has made it a habit of winning titles. And when it comes to a title match, they always come up with their best form.

So, one will not be surprised if the top seed clinch their fourth WTA title.

The Indo-Swiss pair may adopt an aggressive style, but they need to be careful with double faults, which was one of their major negatives during the semi-finals.

After their failure during Madrid Masters, Mirza and Hingis will be eager to clinch Rome Masters and be in perfect shape for the French Open, which starts in a few days.
