Patna Pirates take on Bengaluru Bulls in the second Pro Kabaddi League match of the day at the Thyagaraj Sports Complex, Delhi, today.

Both sides have played eight games so far, and as many as 10 points separate the two in the table at the moment. While the Pirates remain at the fifth position, the Bulls look comfortable in the third position, with 30 points.

The Bengaluru Bulls have recorded six wins this season, and just two losses, in comparison to Patna Pirates' three wins and four losses so far.

The Bulls must be confident enough coming into this game as they recorded wins against leaders Telugu Titans and Bengal Warriors in their previous two games.

And both the wins have been over the 10-point margin.

Patna Pirates, on the other hand, will find it tough after their 54-32 hammering in the hands of Telugu Titans in their previous game of the campaign.

Nothing went in favour for the Patna side as they were completely overwhelmed on the day and the 22-point margin win by the Titans has been the highest margin win in the Pro Kabaddi this year.

For the Bangalore outfit, Ajay Thakur and Manjeet Chhillar are expected to continue their superb form in the campaign, while for the Patna side, all eyes will be on skipper Rakesh Kumar and all-rounder Sandeep Narwal.

Whether Rakesh can inspire the low-morale side to get a turnaround after the heavy defeat just two days back in the competition or not, is definitely worth watching.

The Bengaluru Bulls won by a 5-point margin the last time the two teams faced this year.
