Two teams -- Puneri Paltan and Jaipur Pink Panthers -- are struggling in the second edition of the Pro Kabaddi League as they remain in the sixth and seventh position of the competition respectively. Both the teams will be eager to turn the tables around when they meet one another at Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna on Sunday.

The crowd at Patna have been entertained by teams such as Patna Pirates and U Mumba, hence they will expect a high-voltage battle between Jaipur Pink Panthers and Puneri Paltan, who are both desperate to climb higher in the standings table. Both the teams have an identical record with five losses from their six matches so far.

One might not have been surprised by Puneri Paltan's standings as they were not a successful unit last season as well as they finished last.

However, Jaipur Pink Panthers have been a major disappointment this season after winning the first edition of the Pro Kabaddi League, where they were brilliant. But, they have not been able to replicate the form, which helped them gain glory and fame last year.

The Pink Panthers are a strong team and can still turn their fortunes around. Not all is lost for Panthers as they can still move into the knockout rounds of the competition, but they have to improve upon their performance drastically from here onwards. Otherwise, teams such as U Mumba, Telugu Titans and Patna Pirates, who have all been mighty impressive in the tournament so far, will be the major contenders for the title.

After having won only one match in the Jaipur leg, the Pink Panthers need to start afresh in the Patna leg, where they have not played a single match. Sunday's game against Puneri Paltan, who have already played one match in the venue, will be their first game at Patliputra Sports Complex this season.

Puneri Paltans lost their last game against Patna Pirates at Patliputra Sports Complex, but having played a game in the venue might give them a slight edge.

Hence, the Pink Panthers, who are led by Navneet Gautam, need to shoulder the responsibility and help the team win their only second match of the competition and gradually get into the groove for future matches.

For the betterment of the Pro Kabaddi League 2015, kabaddi fans will be eager to see Pink Panthers improving their game and challenge other teams such as U Mumba and Telugu Titans to make the league even more interesting.
