San Antonio's Kawhi Leonard is going to hold the key as Spurs take on BullsReuters

Both San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls enjoy a similar record this season as of now with 27 wins and 16 losses, and the two teams will clash against each other on Thursday night in Chicago.

The Bulls have not been at the top of their game, as they have lost six of their last ten games, while their opponent, Spurs have a great record with only two losses and eight victories to their name.

Spurs won their last game against the Denver Nuggets with the score reading 109-99, while Bulls lost their last enciunter against the Cavs, 94-108.

In addition, to make matters worse for the Bulls, Spurs have looked great with four wins on the trot, hence they would like to keep the momentum going when they take on the Bulls.

Of late, Kawhi Leonard has been putting up some great performances for the Spurs, hence he could be the go to man for San Antonio along with the experienced Tony Parker.

Leonard has been going great guns for the San Antonio Spurs, as he has averaged 16.3 points and 9.3 rebounds in his last three contests.

After a slow start to the season, Spurs are gradually playing some quality ball, while it is not the same for the Bulls, whose coach, Tom Thibodeau is not happy with the team's performance.

"We've got to decide when enough is enough," coach Tom Thibodeau told the team's official website.

"We're going to look at everything, come in, look at the film, get to work; we've got to get better. It's that simple. The way we are playing is not acceptable, so we've got to change it."

The Bulls will not be able to field their strongest team either with Joakim Noah out with an ankle injury.

Bulls' player, Derrick Rose feels there are no excuses, as they have to compete.

"It's just that no matter who is on the floor or who is out or who is coming back we just have to compete," Rose said. "My biggest thing is competing and making sure we let the opponent know we've come to play. We're midway through the season; it's no excuses."

The Bulls vs Spurs game will be followed by another interesting clash between the Brooklyn Nets and the Los Angeles Clippers. The Nets are looking to make a run with a few more victories, while the Clippers will look to strengthen their position in the highly-competitive Western Conference.
