"Limitless" season 1 is now picking up pace with Brian Finch's life getting complicated with every passing episode. We have seen his loyalties being divided between the FBI and Senator Morra in the last 6 episodes. But in episode 7, Brian Finch may find himself in a real fix without the FBI's support.
In last week's episode 6, we saw Brian Finch struggling to cope with the side effects of the drug, but Eddie Morra offers him a special shot in order to stop his NZT-induced side effects. Well, the shot came at a huge cost with Morra demanding Finch to betray his partner Rebecca Harris. Unwilling to do so, he figures out other measures to cure himself; and at the end of the episode, Morra gives him the shot, saying he was testing his loyalties.
"Side Effect May Include..." also saw Brian telling Rebecca about the file and them investigating how her father got access to NZT. The clues led to Andrew Epperly, an Ubient scientist who had received the NZT formula anonymously and tried it on his father suffering from Alzheimers and other patients and the New Springs rehab, including Rebecca's father.
This week in episode 7, we will see Brian, who isn't serious about his job at the FBI, calling in sick for a day off, but instead finds himself being abducted from home by the CIA to borrow his services (NZT-enhanced) for a black ops mission. The promo for episode titled "Brian Finch's Black Op" teases that Brian will find himself in a fix without FBI support and the operation becomes increasingly dangerous for his life.
"When Brian calls in sick for a day off from the FBI, the CIA abducts him from home to borrow his NZT-enhanced capabilities for a black ops mission. As the operation becomes increasingly dangerous, Brian finds himself without FBI support in a situation that's spiraling out of control."
