"Legends of Tomorrow" may be just two weeks old, but the DC show is already a huge hit with the comic book fans. Despite it being the second episode of the series, "LoT" did not shy away from killing off one of the main characters, Carter (Falk Hentschel), in "Pilot, Part 2".

Considering the show is based on time travel, it is not too huge of a risk to kill Hawkman off. In fact, he could be brought back to "LoT" in the upcoming Episode 3 "Blood Ties" even, if the heroes were to visit a timeline in which Prince Khufu is living as another reincarnation.

A fan suggested that the writers could bring him back as a negative character. "It'd be cool to see some sort of evil form of him [Carter]," the fan S.OJD posted as comment on the promo video for the upcoming episode. If Hawkman were to be raised badly or had a bad childhood in one of the incarnation, this fan theory could be a possibility.

Meanwhile, Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée) will have to deal with the death of her "soul-mate" in a life where she is still alive. Although Ciara had been reluctant about accepting her connection with Carter all this while, towards the end of the previous episode, she had seen visions from the past and had finally come to terms with the fact that Carter may be the man with whom she would spend all of eternity.

Towards the end of the episode, she was seen mumbling that she did not get a chance to tell him she remembered their past lives together. With each passing episode, Ciara will gradually remember the lives they lived together in the various eras and how she uses that information to fight Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) in her current life.

It would definitely be interesting to see if she would become romantically involved with any of her fellow heroes on Rip Hunter's (Arthur Darvill) ship, now that her soul-mate for this life is dead.

Watch Season 1 Episode 3 of "Legends of Tomorrow" at 8 pm (EST) on Thursday, 4 February. You can also live stream "Blood Ties" via The CW website or CWingo.
